Coming next
Coming next: five modules for work that still runs on phone calls, WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
humblx already digitises housekeeping, facility maintenance, helpdesk and patient feedback in hospitals. The next five modules will bring the same QR, photo-proof and WhatsApp workflow to incidents, room readiness after discharge, porter movement, utilities and engineering assets. None of them is live yet. If one of these is a problem you want solved, join early access and help us shape it.
The five coming-next modules
Why these five
Each one starts from a problem hospitals already deal with.
Each module starts from a problem that COOs, facility heads and quality heads already deal with. Each one will also reuse the locations, QR codes, staff records, SLAs and dashboards that hospitals already set up for the live modules.
- 01
Incidents nobody writes down
Incident ManagementA visitor slips near the lifts, a power trip hits a ward, a phone goes missing from a room. It gets sorted out over a phone call and never recorded. The same thing happens again next month, and nobody can show what was done about it.
- 02
Beds that are empty but not ready
Discharge TrackerAfter the doctor advises discharge, five teams have to act on the room, and they coordinate through WhatsApp groups and phone calls. Nobody can see which step is holding things up, so the bed stays blocked while an admission waits in emergency.
- 03
Requests lost in WhatsApp groups
PorterWheelchairs, stretchers and sample runs are requested by phone and chat and given to whoever answers. Wards follow up by calling again. Nobody knows how long a transfer takes or which porter is overloaded.
- 04
Energy bills nobody can explain
Energy & UtilitiesElectricity, diesel and water bills arrive every month. The meter readings that could explain them sit in logbooks, if anyone took them at all.
- 05
Assets nobody has checked
Asset ManagementThe engineering asset register was last checked at the previous audit, PPM lives on a wall chart and AMC renewals slip through. The first warning that a chiller is failing is the breakdown itself.
Early access
Help shape what we build next
Hospitals that join early access see each module before release, work through the workflow with our product team, and are first in line for pilots. Tell us which modules matter to you and how the work runs today.
Joining is free and doesn't commit you to anything. We'll get in touch when a module you picked is ready for pilots. We don't share release dates before then.
- Walk us through how the work runs today, whether on WhatsApp, paper or spreadsheets
- Review workflows and screens before release
- Be first in line for a pilot at your hospital
Frequently asked questions
Are any of these modules available now?
Not yet. Housekeeping, Facility Maintenance, Desk Management, and Feedback Management are live today. Incident Management, Discharge Tracker, Porter, Energy & Utilities and Asset Management are in development and marked "coming next" across the site.
When will they launch?
We don't announce release dates for modules that are still in development. Early-access hospitals hear first when a module is ready for pilots, and their feedback decides what goes into the first release.
Will they work with the humblx modules we already use?
Yes. They will run on the same platform, locations, QR codes, staff and dashboards. For example, a fault found during a room check after discharge will become a Facility Maintenance work order, the terminal clean will be a Housekeeping inspection, and negative feedback or a complaint in Feedback Management will be able to become an incident with root cause analysis and CAPA.
What will these modules not cover?
They will stay on the non-clinical side of the hospital. Asset Management will cover building and engineering assets, not biomedical or medical equipment. Incident Management will handle operational, safety and patient-experience incidents, while clinical incidents stay with your quality process. The Discharge Tracker will get the room ready after discharge. It will not handle the medical discharge itself.
Is NABH readiness a separate module?
No. NABH readiness is a feature of every humblx module rather than a separate product. Housekeeping inspection logs, maintenance work orders, helpdesk turnaround and feedback CAPA are kept as dated, photo-backed records, with reports by area and date.
Looking for NABH readiness? It is a feature of every module: see NABH-ready records.
