humblx runs on AWS in the Mumbai region on encrypted disks and HTTPS, with a daily database backup, admin-controlled access, an audit trail staff cannot edit, and internal quarterly VAPT plus load testing.
Hosting and data location
Where the platform is hosted and in which region hospital data is stored.
Hosted on AWS cloud infrastructure in the Mumbai region (ap-south).
Encryption
How hospital data is protected, stored and in transit.
File storage and the database run on encrypted disks, and all traffic uses HTTPS.
Backups
How often hospital data is backed up, and how fast it comes back.
The database is backed up every day at 2 am. A restore takes 2 to 4 hours.
Access control
Who decides what each user can do and see.
Role-based access control, managed by admins: they set what each role can do and which data it can see.
Audit trail
Whether activity on the platform is recorded.
Every action carries its actor and time, and staff cannot edit or delete a record.
Security and load testing
How the platform is tested for vulnerabilities and under heavy use.
Internal vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) every quarter, plus load testing.
Patient details
Who at humblx can see patient names and numbers.
Only the database administrator can see patient names and numbers.

How you get your data out.
Every list exports to Excel. If you leave, your data is handed over, then deleted.
