Frequently asked questions

How is NPS calculated?

Patients answer how likely they are to recommend you on a 0–10 scale. Scores of 9–10 are promoters, 7–8 passives and 0–6 detractors. NPS is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors, giving a number from −100 to +100.

What is a good NPS for a hospital?

Any positive score means more promoters than detractors; above 50 is generally considered excellent. Track the trend by ward and touchpoint rather than chasing a single benchmark, and act on detractor comments quickly.

Why does the rating calculator assume only five-star reviews?

It shows the minimum number of new reviews needed. In practice some new reviews will be lower, so you will need more. Closing detractor complaints quickly reduces the number of new low ratings.

How does humblx improve patient feedback?

Patients give feedback by scanning a QR code or on WhatsApp, complaints route to the right department with an SLA, and each one can be tracked through CAPA to closure. KIMSHEALTH reached 4.6/5 patient satisfaction with humblx.
